Directions
From Ueno station, leave the Central exit, cross the road, and walk under the overhead train tracks. Turn left (with your back to the station) and walk through the marketplace until you come to a large building sitting in the fork in the road, with a statue sitting in front of it. Enter the stairway of the large building from either side, and go up to the 4th floor either by the stairs, or the escalators on the inside of the shopping mall. The store has two doors, the left hand is the exit (with a TV playing hellopro PVs to entertain waiting customers) and the right hand is the entrance.
From the Toei Oedo Line Ueno Okachimachi Station main exit, turn right, and pass under the overhead train tracks (walking past JR Okachimachi Station's north exit). On the other side, turn right and follow the road through the marketplace until you come to the building mentioned above.
Opening times
The Ueno store is open from 10:00am to 7:00pm every day of the year, except for every 3rd Wednesday of the month.
