Location/Directions
The arena is right next to the JR Saitama-Shintoshin Station which can be reached from Tokyo with the Keihin-Tōhoku Line.
Seating
As the arena offers a wide selection of configurations the seating also varies by concert/tour.
The 2nd/3rd/4th floors are called level 200/300/400. The tickets for these seats also show the door which leads to the correct section. There is also a typical row and seat number with smaller row number being more near the stage/arena. The seat numbers are counted around the whole arena and depending on the hall setup only certain number ranges are available.
The main arena (lowest floor) is typically seperated into certain blocks named with a letter and a number. Usually the A block is nearest to the stage. But if the concert tour stage is centered in the middle of the arena, this may not be the case.
