Location/Directions

The Osaka Welfare Pension Hall is located near the busy Shinsaibashi shopping district, accessible from numerous subway stations. Due to the grid-like layout of the area it is easy to find the way based off counting streets on the map, using the very large north-south and east-west avenues and overhead north-south highway as reference.

Close to Shinsaibashi Station is the Osaka Hello!Project store, so your hellopro shopping opportunities are doubled if you wish to use this station.

The most distinguishing feature of the hall is that has a park located in front of it (the South side of the building), where fans will congregate for the day. The hall is attached to the Wels City Hotel, so expect many businesspeople and holidaymakers to give you puzzled glances as you walk through the area.

Concert goods are usually sold inside and to the right of the hall entrance. Tables are set up in the entranceway to the Great Hall, which are moved to the back of the hall lobby once doors open. Lines are very busy once the doors open so it is best to arrive an hour or more early as there are more tables set up for selling.

Bathrooms can be found inside inside both the entrance foyer to the far left and right of the area, and inside the Hall lobby on each floor.

Food/drink outlets nearby include a conbini to the west of the hotel, and to the south (which does not appear on the Google map). The Lawsons to the west is often extremely crowded with concert-goers so it is advisable to purchase any refreshments at the conbini a block to the south to avoid queues.

Seating

The hall has 2400 seats, spread across three levels. Stairs to the upper levels are in the main foyer. Note that rows A-J on the 2nd floor are on the overhanging wings to the left and right of the hall, and are accessed to the far left or right of the 2nd floor lobby.
